This week I’ve been in the kitchen preparing sauces free of additives and preservatives for Al’FreshCo’s product range. I created a tomato sauce by roasting vine ripened tomatoes with brown sugar, sea salt and olive oil. I also made a BBQ sauce; the secret is in the chipotle chillies….
